Items Included in the Price of Booth Space
- Indoor Exhibit Space is priced at CAD 3500 regardless of size.
- Standard booth draping (8-ft. high back wall and 3-ft. side rails) Any additional draping used must comply with show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
- One (1) 6’ Table and 2 banquet chairs.
- One (1) Complimentary Full Symposium Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
- Additional full symposium registrations for exhibitors may be purchased. No exhibit only passes.
- Exhibitor listing in official Digital Event App.
3 Easy Steps to Apply for Booth Space or Purchase a Sponsorship
Step 1:
Click Here to create your user account and login to the Event Portal.
If you are a returning exhibitor who has logged into the event portal before, you will be prompted to login.
Step 2:
Join or your organization in the "Search Your Organization" field below.
**Note: If you are a new contact for your company, your request will be sent to the primary contact for approval.
Step 3:
Navigate to the Exhibitor/Sponsor Hub to purchase booth space.
